Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the “Enhanced Odds” promotion (the “Promotion“) for www.888sport.com (the “Site”). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited, otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (“us” or “we” or “our” or “Company“). Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

General

1. This Promotion shall commence on April 22nd 2019 and shall conclude on April 24th 2019 19:00:00 GMT. However, in exceptional cases we may conclude the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period or may prolong the Promotion Period, for example due to security or bonus abuse issues. Any bets placed after the start of the Manchester United v Manchester City match will be paid out at normal odds.
2. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
3. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device; (iv) one per email address; (v) one per payment details.
4. If you have a pending message on the Site’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this promotion, shall be forfeited by you.

Eligibility

1. This Promotion is available only to new members who: (i) have completed the registration process at the Site, provided complete, truthful and accurate information in connection thereto, including without limitation, in respect of email address and payment details; (ii) have yet to make their first deposit; and (iii) have opted to participate in this Promotion. For clarify, existing or previous 888sport customers do not qualify to participate in this Promotion.

Promotion terms

1. Under the terms of this Promotion, eligible members who first make a deposit of at least £10 using the promotional code “888ODDS”, within 90 days of their registration date, will receive enhanced odds when placing a Qualifying Bet (as defined below).
2. A Qualifying Bet is a ‘real money’ stake of at least £5 placed on Either to win (‘Full Time’ market only).
3. The maximum stake for the Enhanced Odds is £5, any stake above this amount will be paid out at the normal odds.
4. Only the first bet placed following registration on Either to win will qualify for this promotion.
5. Single bets only. Permutations, free bets, profit boost tokens and live bets do not count. For the avoidance of doubt a live bet is placed after the advertised kick off time.
6. Void or Cashed Out bets do not qualify for this Promotion.
7. Qualifying bet must be placed individually on the bet slip.
8. Enhanced Odds may be subject to change.
9. This promotion replaces the welcome offer, i.e., eligible members who opt to participate in this Promotion will not be entitled to any other welcome offer. The first bet placed following registration on any other market will receive the original welcome offer of “Bet £10 get £30”.
10. Additional winnings will be credited as free bet tokens.
11. Free bet tokens will be applied to qualifying accounts on April 25th 2019 (promptly upon earning the additional winnings or within up to 72 hours in extenuating circumstances).
12. Free bet tokens are added in maximum denominations of £20. For example if qualifying for a total of £50 of free bets, these will be credited to eligible account as 2 x £20 and 1 x £10.
13. Member bet limits also apply to free bet placement.
14. Free bet tokens expire after 7 days.
15. Free bet stakes are not included in any returns.
16. Free bet token cannot be redeemed on each way bets or permutations.
17. Free bet tokens must be used in their entirety. They cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets.
18. Free bet token cannot be combined with ‘real money’ stakes.
19. This offer is limited to one per person, household, IP, device, e-mail address or payment details.
20. Members depositing with PayPal, Entropay, Paysafe, Neteller or Skrill will not be eligible for this promotion.
21. Company reserves the right to withhold or retract any free bets and winnings generated if free bet tokens are mistakenly credited or patterns of abuse are found.
22. Company’s offers as contemplated hereunder are intended for recreational players and Company may limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any Promotion.
23. All new customers located in certain jurisdictions, territories and states may be deemed ineligible for this offer at the absolute discretion of 888sport. Ineligible jurisdictions may be confirmed with 888sport Customer Services prior to application.
24. If you register or play in the UK:

• you hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the “UK User Agreement” which includes but is not limited to the “Bonus Policy“.
• the amount you are able to withdraw from your account, is subject to the “Withdrawal Policy“. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.

If you do not register or play in the UK:

• you hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the promotion, along with the “User Agreement” which includes but is not limited to the “Bonus Policy.”
• the amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.
